A full refund, for any reason, within 30 days

If PDFjet is not right for you, ask within 30 days of your purchase and you get all your money back. No questions asked.

A 90-day warranty

If, within 90 days of your purchase, you find a technical issue in PDFjet, we resolve it, or refund your money in full.

Your right to withdraw

Where the law gives you a right to withdraw from an online purchase, as it gives consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom for 14 days, the 30 days above include it and give you more.

How to ask

Our orders are sold by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record, which handles refunds. Ask from the link in Paddle's receipt, at paddle.net, or write to us at support at pdfjet dot com with your order number. For an order placed through FastSpring, our earlier reseller, write to us and we have FastSpring refund it.

The refund goes back the way you paid. A refunded license ends: you stop using the Software and delete your copies of it.
