pdfjet.com sets no cookies, and has no analytics, advertising, tracking pixels or third-party scripts. Like every website, its servers, at our host IONOS and at Cloudflare, which delivers it, log each request: the address of your computer, the page, the time and your browser. These logs keep the site running and safe, and are not used to identify you.
The evaluation downloads come from GitHub, whose privacy statement covers them.
Buying a license
Our orders are sold by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record (or FastSpring, for orders placed through its checkout). It takes your payment, your name, your email and your address, as the tax invoice needs. Its own privacy policy covers what it does with them. We never see your card.
Of each order, we keep your name, your email, your company and address if you gave them, your country, and the license you bought. They are your proof of license: we use them to send your download and license certificate, to answer your questions, and to tell you about new versions of what you bought. We send offers only if you agreed to them, and every such email has a link to stop them. We never sell or share your details.
When you write to us, we keep your email to answer it, and for as long as it may help us help you again.
Your rights
You may ask us what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete what the law does not require us to keep, such as tax records. Write to us at the address above.
